Cold plunge protocol
1. Slowly lower yourself into the water until you are fully submerged.
a. You can keep your feet and hands out of the water at first if you are new to cold plunges.
2. Focus on deep breathing, controlling your breath and relaxing through the cold immersion.
3. Stay in the cold water for 3 minutes.
a. If you are a beginner, start with 30 seconds in and 30 seconds out. Do this 3 times.
4. You can finish the cold plunge session with some stretching outside of the plunge.
